I just did some .in transfers to Dynadot today, and to my pleasant surprise they have lowered transfer prices.

I don't know if it is temporary or permanent, but here are the new prices:

Regular customers: $11.50
Bulk customers (spend at least $500 per year): $9.99
Super bulk customers (spend at least $5,000 per year: $9.75

Since Dynadot also has some very favorable renewal prices for .in right now, it seems they and Mitsu are the best bet for .in at the moment.
