How to change server name

try to find that 'contact us' link. it should be that easy. if you registered no more than 5 days, you're entitled for a refund.

Ask them to unlock the domain and give you the EPP code. They must do this since it's your domain (I'd assume; depending on the TOS). If they refuse, tell them you're going to complain to ICANN and then contact ICANN to complain.

Once they've unlocked the domain and you have an EPP code, go to another registrar (Moniker, Name.com, NameCheap, DynaDot, GoDaddy, eNom etc) and transfer the domain there. All of these allow you to change the DNS.

I do not understand why they are insisting to host the domain with their server too. Since they refuse to provide EPP code then you can contact ICANN. But first better fully communicate with them with this issue. If it is still not resolved then you may contact ICANN.
Second thing, have you tried to change the DNS via domain control panel?

I think you better communicate with them and let them know about your issue of changing the DNS. If they still dont provide you EPP key then contact ICANN

I don't know why they are doing this to you but you know there are some fraud sites out there and once you are stuck with them you are stuck forever.you should have checked their offer in detail before choosing them.
There's another thing hostgator also has some bad reputation about cheating and I won't suggest you to choose hostgator either.It's best if someone tells here about some reliable sites which he is using and you can follow him.

hostnex should be a domain registrar as per OP mentioned in his post.

Contact hostnex cs to transfer your domain out.

Buying domain from reputable registrar is very important, i never register my domain from hosting provider to avoid they control all my assets
