Never use Doteasy
I placed an order on Order Date.........: Aug 19, 2022 07:56:50PM But they took payment manually on 20th. My domain transfer was urgent, that's why i moved that to a new register. But @doteasy did not cancel or refund me after i open a ticket it's been 48 hours they never replied or answered me...- Points: 3

Sav delete my domain and asking restoring fee
I want to share my horrible experience with sav.com My clients domain name was homagebd(dot) com which was in my account. Expires On: 2023-08-18 That was the date of expire. on 24 July i saw i had charged auto renewal for that domain. I was not sure my client will renew that domain or not...- Points: 1

Sav Register issue!
After getting know that if i transfer .com o sav its easy and will save money, I transferred more than 30 domain at once on sav. But after completing the transfer the awkward thing happen. after complete the DNS is not working. with same server the domain was hosted, even i transfer with no...- Points: 1

$6.99 .COM transfer at Atakdomain (August, 2022)
placed order on 26.8.22 ater calling and open ticket/sending mail many times they send refund on 29.08.22 when the domain already being expired after that i moved my domain to sav. Refund was asked for a refund because after paying with paypal my invoice was unpaid for 3 days...- Points: 1

Never use Doteasy
Update... I called them again. They said we are still processing refunds. When we give you a refund, we will reply to your ticket. I said it's been 48h+ after opening the ticket 6h+ ago i called and you still processing how many hours do you need? They said more than 8 hours and on weekends...- Points: 1
