Thank you @xynames for your appraisal, though my intention was not to ask for an appraisal, the issue is two different price in same platform for same domain. The point @SuperBrander pointed out can be a reason for a glitch.

If you are using the domain long before they applied for trademark, it shouldn't be an issue at all. DO NOT try to contact the business, if they ever contact you, you can reply back after due consultation with experts. Archive your current pages in archive.org (Try searching for your pages...

Payment option for Turkey from Buyer

Won't work for Indian Paypal account. I am from India and tried before. @premkumar Did you check with client if Payoneer works in Turkey? If yes you can use Payoneer. Bitcoin is a good option always if both parties agree.
