advice Expired Domains Huge Backlinks

Expired domains can carry the age ONLY if it is renewed before the pending delete period. Usually some registrars like GoDaddy and NameCheap sell the expired domains during the grace period and push them to another account, thus retaining the age.

If you are registering to resell, put on the buyer's spectacles and ask yourself, why would I buy this? If you find a reasonable answer, go for it. There are many words which had no search value before registration but are established websites now.

Nothing much significant. A company selling Asparagus and want to sell real domain, applies for ICANN registration as a registrar (not registry), pays the fees, follows all industry rule gets it. Would have been news if they were accredited as registry and allowed to sale the blockchain domains.
