domain hubs.co.uk

Hello all, has anyone got any thoughts on valuing hubs.co.uk? Estibot has given me a figure of $24000 USD which sounds high for a UK domain but then it is a single word of 4 letters and I'm sure hubs.com would go for 6 or 7 figures. Has anyone got any thoughts on what the best market to try...
