Another NO RESERVE seller ignoring rules on Flippa

Just wondering if I'm wrong..... I saw a "no reserve" auction on Flippa for a .io name with 13 mins left. Rather than do the $1.00 bid thing, I (probably stupidly) bid $21.00. As I always do, I sent a pm to the seller asking that they acknowledge my bid. Of course the auction ended without him...

.....and I wouldn't be surprised if one of the respondents here was actually the non-seller hiding behind another name...but that's a whole different issue. -no reserve is no reserve and if you begin an auction like that, end it like that...be a man. If any of you have any business experience...

It's happened to me 3 or 4 times and Flippa does Zippity Doo Dah about it. Thanks for your feedback, good to know I'm not crazy. I have a screenshot showing NO RESERVE!

This is meant to be a public service announcement. I just punched myself in the face for waiting too long to transfer a name away from NS and had to pay their obscene :vomit::vomit::vomit: .com renewal fee of $39.99. I'm an idiot and dragged my a$$ too long to believe that they wouldn't impede...

Buyers remorse and not paying for auction wins

As @Zandibot says..... "Man up." What irritates me the most (though I've never yet been confronted by a non-payer) are the people, and I use the term loosely, who fail to deliver at the end of a No Reserve auction. "Oh, I hit the wrong button," or..."you know, this domain is worth so much...

Agreed... Never said I wasn't at fault. I had a lapse & he'll always be that way. Nevertheless, it a good reminder that lots of people don't adhere to the spirit of the game. I appreciate your feedback.

I think (hope/pray) that the names that make sense and sound "correct" with the .online will do well down the road. I was shocked that I got ~75% of the ~20 names I pre-reg'd. Was somewhat worried that I got them but hopeful for the future.
