What niche I should buy

You want to start a project in a certain niche and not sure what to choose? Correct me if I'm wrong. The best idea would be to start in a niche that you love, that is related to your hobbies or in a niche about you know a lot. PS: micro-niches can do well nowadays.

Maybe his domain names was already branded and people knew that business well by that domain name. Or simply that user was really not looking to change his domain as he didn't know how, lol. You just need to keep calm. :)

Short IDN symbols - what price?

These symbols are definitely not the same thing as some languages' special characters. I too agree that these domains are useless and no one will ever want to buy them. Unless you make a small website, a social networking for those who know how to type that, for example, haha.

Why not? There are so many cases in which people obviously took a risk and then they were very happy with their decision. Sometimes, people need to take risks. Unless by "investing" you mean "using all your money".

That's a good domain for business owners. It could be sold to anyone offering services (no matter they are web related or not). I'd say $250. Even more, if it will be well developed.
