Correction, I have never bought or sold a domain that was currently registered, i have only bought expired domains and hand registered some... so was just wondering about what happens to the registration , I thought it was a pretty simple question, I assure you there is no alterior motive behind...- Points: 0

noob question.. I have never bought a domain or sold a domain yet.. how does registration work? Say you buy a domain from somebody for $100, do you then have to also pay for the years registration as well?... or does that transfer over from the previous owner?- Points: 0
