    If not .com then What?

I generally will try to find a .com for my niche regardless. Unless it's a REALLY good .net or .org I wont even bother with those too much.

Pro Tip: Don't spend 4 days searching every 3 letter.com

While I appreciate the dedication, you could have gotten quite a bit done in that time spent!

I have 2 domains to develop but need some advice.

I would start this same way - use games from other sites, link to games on other sites. These will be the easiest ways to get content on your site and start getting some traffic. Once you have traffic you can start to monetize your site and then use that money to develop the site more.

    DNF College

True, but he still might be able to find information about it over there. I agree that $20 for a lifetime membership is tough to argue with. A lot of knowledge is free but paying a little bit of money to have that free information all in one place for you is nice.

    Reinvesting after Big Sales

I kinda agree with this thinking - I don't know if I would allocate certain percentages to certain things. I would use it for further investments or business opportunities whatever those would be. If you come across a great domain at a great deal you might need the funds.

Marketspace advice for sale of high-authority domain?

I think it would depend on the niche of the site, or type of site for that matter. From there you can get an idea of the type of buyer for the site.

The domain was expired but it is still taken!

I'd be interested to know the cause of this if you find out. You don't need to give the domain name obviously, just what the problem was.

Warning about using AdSense on your sites

I seen a lot of complaints about this same thing. There are a lot of bloggers that have run into the same issue. Most of the time they don't know why they got banned, or they did nothing wrong. It's just the nature of the beast unfortunately. As others have said, don't have all your eggs in...

Is it possible to get a "pending delete" domain?

There was a domain that I was eyeing up that was in the pending delete state. When I searched it on pool.com it showed that it would become available on Oct 3 (not sure how accurate this is). All day Oct 3 I would continually check and it was never available. When I checked the domain on pool...
