I've read about "Synthetic Intelligence" which is a more advanced form of AI, and happens to share the same acronym as Super Intelligence of course. I'm skeptical of .SI getting traction, but it's a low reg fee and easy pickings for good single words, so I did pick up a few to hold for a while...

I would trust an .inc domain above nearly all others. It's $1,000 to register at Godaddy and then $4,000 to renew. It's less at some registrars, but even the lowest priced registrar for .inc charges a $2,000 annual renewal fee.
