If you are not using Epik.com for escrow, you are wasting time and money!

Just used Epik Escrow to sell the domain revitalizing.com to a buyer. The entire deal (including transfer between registrars) happened all within an hour. That's by far the fastest Escrow / domain transfer / sale I've ever had!

Escrow.com Is Now Asking For Photos of Personal Docs

This really won't help them solve the problem of fraud. Have they not heard of Photoshop? Do they not realize how easy it is for fraudsters to send fake documents? How hard is it to change the name on a utility bill? Very easy. This entire verification process only penalizes valid users.

news Booking.com case picked up by Supreme Court

Don't understand the argument, perhaps someone can tell me why BOOKING.COM shouldn't be able to secure a trademark on "BOOKING.COM"? It includes ".com", so the generic argument is out the window... To me, that's like saying you can't trademark BOOKINGGBEWUVGWUG because it include "GBEWUVGWUG"...

Escrow.com Is Now Asking For Photos of Personal Docs

This entire process is absolutely ridiculous. I have never personally, or as a business, went through such a stringent process for anything in the past here in the US. I will ask buyers to use a different Escrow service going forward. Absolutely ridiculous. Good way to mess up something simple...

news Booking.com case picked up by Supreme Court

The only issue with these trademarks I can see is if someone registers a .com trademark for a domain they don't own.

advice Who Sells/Brokers Category Killer 1-Word Domains?

Does anyone know the top sellers/brokers of category killer domains? Talking about 1-word dictionary .com domains worth $100K and above. Who are the top brokers/sellers that sell these types of domains? Perhaps if we can combine a list here it'd also be helpful to the community.
