Being of Chinese origin myself, I would like to recommend using 6, 8, 2 and 9 more, those are good numbers in Chinese, 0 is neutral, 4 sometimes ok, but 4 also has the same sound of " Death", however some combination of 4 are fine, for instance 148 - meaning " prosperous all your life".

i just bought transits dot ca from a fellow NPer here. the domain is so short, so i can't resist taking it and i have no high hope for it either. LOL.

i would say quite neutral, not bad, but not good either. 8 is having same sound of "father", sometimes pretty bad if combined with 4.

What I would like to add is that not all LLLLLs are equal, just like LLLL. I was late on domaining, and i realized many LLLLL ending with industries abbreviation in Chinese are gone. Like i just registered the last LLLLL ending with XX. That is the only one left, which is BLTXX.COM. XX means...

How many hours per day do you dedicate to domaining?

4 to 5 hours recently. More problematic is that some buyers overseas loved to contact me at after 11 PM which kept me excited and interrupt my sleep. Being in North America Mountain time, my night time is the day time in Asia. I know I need to cut down the time to have a more physically active...

.technology is really redundant with tech there. It is like .website competing with .web and .site. I think the longer ones are losing the battle.

@ yes of course. However on the Chinese auction site recommended by one of you guys, there are so many 6ns for sales without any bids, and the asking price is less than 20 USD.

mimkt dot com Mi meaning Domain in China; it has been used by Chaomi, Coumi etc. Mi also was used by Xiaomi, Chinese fast growing Cell phone, home appliances company; Mi - also a US State; MKT - Market. I am thinking of building my own domain sale site with this domain name.

Totally agree. only if .ca is open to everyone, like .in, .cn, or many others, we will see some activities. With a small population and economy this size, the demand won't be huge. I don't understand why it has to limit itself to Canadians, while other way bigger economies are opening up to...
