various Report Completed Domain Name Sales Here

So I've had a second sale this month which I am so grateful for: This domain went into Pending Sale status for about 2 days on Afternic, which was unusual for me, since I had never seen this before. Anyway, this is another GD Closeout domain I purchased for $30 or $40 on Expired Domains plus...

Finally have a sale to report for 2022! Came after I reduced some prices, but for this domain was only a slight price decrease maybe $100-$200 drop - can't recall. I have another thread about some of my activities to try to generate some sales prior to year-end called 'Trying Something...

Haven't been here in a while, mainly because sales have been non-existent and I haven't been buying, either. H/i/g/h/e/x/o/t/i/c/s dot com Bought for 30 or 40 dollars as GD closeout. Held about 1 year. Interesting that I still hold less than 200 names, but I have had a mid-June sale about...

Pleased to say I now have 3rd sale to report this summer: FireArms Dot TV (a Dot-TV sale no less)! This is one of the few domains I reduced in price (about $200) as opposed to increased in an effort to liquidate all but my best three Dot-TVs. Not a huge sale and one of the very few domains I...

Happy that I can make my second posting to this thread (finally!!) with my second domain sale of the year. This is also my second Afternic Fast transfer sale (so you could literally say 100% of my domain sales for the year came through the Afternic Fast Transfer network). I am about 90% sure...

Atom / Atom.com - Marketplace (formerly Squadhelp)

Hi GoKaizen... That's the way I understood it ..I think! I have listed my 5 free there. Have one Premium that SH registered based on my suggestion, HOWEVER, it is my understanding that: 1. Standard Listings get no promotion and are basically not visible/don't appear in search 2. SH has...

debate Trying Something Drastic!

I've decided to shake things up a bit in an effort to at least generate some cash flow for 2022 (zero sales so far). 1 - I reduced DRASTICALLY the Buy It Now Prices on most of my domains (portfolio is about 136 names now) and I did this for about 120 of them. 16 are long term holds if I don't...

discuss Afternic Landers vs Dan.com vs SH WLM

I use Afternic NS5/6. They have been responsible for almost all of my (very few) domain name sales over the past 2-3 years.

Thanks. This is so disheartening because I really liked the NameLiquidate reverse auction format, and made it an essential tool before simply dropping/trimming domains each year. What a mess...

information My First Year Back Into Domaining (2021 Review)

So today marks the end of my first full year back into domaining after about a 10-11 year hiatus (actually started up again with some 2020 Black Friday specials). It took me about a month to buy some new domains, understand how the marketplaces had evolved since 2008 etc. By the end of 2020 I...
