As you may know, Brent and his team built Hostgator, so I doubt they would resell hosting, but that is just a guess. I am a Create customer and love the service! I also have not seen anything that references another entity with regard to the hosting.

Sav Official Thread

Today I lost my 2nd Sav auction because apparently none of my credit cards or PayPal will go through (it just gives an error saying the payment failed.... on 3 different credit cards plus PayPal). I have a support request in, but this is really disappointing after I decided to use sav this year.

HYPHENATED .COM domains are BACK IN FASHION!

No disrespect intended, but it sounds like you got lucky... hyphenated domains are simply poor for branding. Few people will remember the hyphen, so they will likely help whoever has the non-hyphenated domain.
