What's the deal with the .me's?

They have some info on http://auctions.domain.me/ about the auctions. All the searches I did gave me the same PREMIUM DOMAIN results. :(

What's the deal with the .me's?

Most .me domain names are registered as a premium domain name by the authorities of the 'me'. They want to get more for them on auctions. So the good names are gone.

Hello! I had a domain with Joker, and I let it to expire. Now it's stuck with a "object(s) not found" error for two or three weeks. It should be deleted a long time ago. Anybody had some similar issue? digitron
