On my personal preference, I also think the same way since I'm a type of person that goes with the saying "one word is enough for a wise man". I'm still discovering things out, but my limited knowledge as of now is also telling me that it does not apply to sales. Hoping to hear some response...

advice Before you quit, try once more!

Thank you for sharing! Newbies, like me, really need this kind of motivational stories. I've been trying to flip my registered domains for 3 weeks now and still no positive feedback. But reading your story, it really is not an overnight success.

I actually set a price and we met halfway the price his counter offer. It's a sale I'm happy for. And I believe that it makes newbies, like me, happy because that's what we want for at first, to have a sale.
