domain Shrink.im - Short URL Site Domain

If Mobile.im were Mobile.com, then you could add several more zeros to the $4000. $4k is low for the name, but the im made it lower. Same thing with Shrink.im.

Well, I just bought BB9700.com BB stands for Blackberry. I'd like to develop some sort of site to build traffic. However, if I use "Blackberry" in the site, can I be liable for copyright/trademark infringement? Thanks!
