Are .com.au worth anything?

In short...definitely YES! In Australia, good one word names and two/three word exact match domains in .com.au can go for surprising high amounts. One word .au names are also starting to take off. The fact that global domainers cannot purchase .au names has not bearing on what Australian end...

I will likely be reinvesting my sales proceeds in new names (incl. listing fees). As long as I'm selling, I will likely be expanding. As for the general population, I would GUESS that it would slow down listing of accepted names.
