    Thanks for the suggestion but from past experience in running a forum. I found out that starting with less forums is better, because the forums don't look as empty and then when the forum gets larger and has active members posting everyday. Then I will start to break it down with sub-forums.

    Lots of views but no clicks !!

    I know that whenever I visit a parked domain page. I exit the page immediately. So that also might be a reason why you don't receive any clicks because most parked pages don't have content that appeal to the users visiting your website. Therefore, they don't click the ads.

    Why is it so hard to sell domains ?

    Domain names are very hard to sell because you have to find names that appeal to others or they must be receiving traffic. Domain names that receive organic traffic(search engines, people typing in the names, etc...) are more likely to sell because it can be extremely hard to build a new website...

    A new logo will be coming when I get my next pay cheque. However, a new design will take a bit longer because the designer I picked out is a bit pricey but I know it will be worth the price.
