Get Your Whois lookup count at GoDaddy

I stumbled on this the other day. I don't know if it's useful but I thought it was interesting. You can export data about your domains at Godaddy and two of those columns are Whois lookups for the previous month and current month. Is the data accurate? No idea if these are bot lookups or...

Domaining is literally one of the slowest moving side hustles. Of course you can make quicker money by flipping domains for smaller margins. But if you want to maximize your sale prices ... you gotta wait and wait and wait

Paid appraisals are worthless. I do appraisals in the Appraisals section here to try and sharpen my own skills, and to give good feedback when I can. Unfortunately, 98% of the names people want appraisals on are trash, so it's not as fun as it should be. Most of the time it's just rummaging...

I prefer DAN. Efty landing pages are ugly and don't instill any trust in the buyer. Also this nonsense about no commissions with Efty is bogus, because if you're paying a commission with Escrow (if that's who you choose to use)

As a developer, I take offense to requests like these. What are you bringing to the table besides the domain name? If you had "fight.com" or "fights.com" with built-in traffic, that's a totally different story. But you have a name hack with the same type-in traffic "my-fight-site.com" But...
