I still buy domains but not as many as I used to. I'm spending more, but buying less domains overall. One reason is that it's gotten a lot more competitive in just the past 18 months. Another reason, probably the main reason, is that I'm trying to focus on quality instead of quantity.

Did it ever occur to you that it was one individual that registered all of these as a dumb, defensive strategy? Just because something is registered in 300+ does not immediately make it valuable. I've seen some pretty stupid things registered in hundreds of extensions. And it's usually one...

I've been acquiring, acquiring, acquiring... so I am in the red. If you count my time, let's say, $150 per billable hour, and I'm deep in the red. I do have some good domains though that will sell, eventually :B
