What is the issue with SAV?
Neustar doesn't set 60 day lock, should work...
Yes.Is Neustar the registry that operates the .CO TLD?
This statement is wrong a few years already."A domain can only be transferred once every 60 days. That is, if you transfer a domain from one registrar to another, you can transfer it again after 60 days."
Just try to transfer...
Don't ask anybody.

Looks that your registrar works via tickets only...p.s. I don't know your Canadian registrar, never used it.

If status OK in WHOIS - then your domains are unlocked already, so just AUTH codes are needed.
Link to this article was posted by me above, you missed it.i did find the registrar's support article on unlocking domains there to retrieve auth code

I just edited my post #37, so read it again...
And check WHOIS for your domains...
They reg tons, that's why even 10 cents matter for them.Namesilo has a 2.49 offer, well worth the extra 1.50.
It means that your domains are locked at your registrar, just standard TransferLock (security feature).Okay, I have checked that value for all of my domains, which are displaying:
Domain Status: clientTransferProhibited

And check WHOIS for your domains...
Do you see serverTransferProhibited in WHOIS?
If lack of this status - then your domains are NOT locked by Neustar.
They can be locked for 60 days only by your registrar.
clientTransferProhibited and serverTransferProhibited are 2 different statuses.
1st is used at registrar level and can be disabled/enabled at any time...
2nd is applied by the corresponding registry (60 day lock), nowadays only Afilias and CentralNic still use it for their TLDs.
In the past was even thread on NamePros where OP transferred his .com to Dynadot and after 2 weeks moved it to Uni.This statement is wrong a few years already.
And depends only on the corresponding registry and optionally on the losing registrar (for example, Dynadot doesn't prevent the outgoing transfers regardless of when initiated).
