I've warned people here about XRP/Ripple and Ethereum UDRP and yet I've seen many related names. As for Cardano, I can't see Charles Hoskinson and his bunch of academicians going that path.

The growing list of Blockchain-specific trademarks via TESS search is absolutely astonishing..

And I had a hell of a time getting some of my blockchain domains approved for auction by the TM Manager at GoDaddy.

Many still are denied, so I opt for Afternic. Just an FYI.

I like coininvestigation, to bad you didn't register the plural for all those lost/stolen coins, or ones that will be lost, or stolen[

The markets are tickng back up, the funds are starting to get credited in accounts, and people are making purchases. The industry is not going anywhere, the flow of new money has not stopped.

Thanks. I am sure there are some and can do own research via TESS but do you have any examples of the domains that were not approved at GD?

Honestly, they were using the term "Blockchain" as a blanket term for TM, so there was no specific discrimination between accompanying keywords.

Which is why it was even more frustrating; kind of like saying that "Drone+KW" is a TM, in my opinion.

yes definitely frustrating matter.. however, we cannot compare blockchain keyword to say drone or computer or home keywords.. because blockchain did not previously exist in dictionary as standalone word.. and kinda came to life with cryptos..

I hope it does not happen that any domain with blockchain in it will be tm target... then we'd all loose something.

Interesting.
I have seen a few articles that say BofA owns more patents than anyone regarding blockchain and I think everyone knows IBM has jumped in hugely on the technology. I not quite sure how the patent thing works on that tech. What a whirlwind crypto and blockchain are right now. So much going on and so much to learn.

Didn't see that when I posted.
Yeah, that really makes me scratch my head. I wonder if @jberryhill can comment? It is so vague and open ended (blockchain + keyword/keyword + blockchain) I not sure if there is much of a comment that could be made tho.
