As you pointed out, the rules clearly state that all bids are binding agreements and may not be retracted. @xcavana is tthe winner. All bids after that are void since they were not higher than theirs. Please contact one another in direct message to initiate the transaction.

That's fine guys, I will honour the rules and regulations. The only reason why I asked to retract my bid was because the last post Andy made a post showing Dave as highest bidder and over bidding me so I went and bought another site, it was after reviewing things I realised that my bid was in fact the highest as I keep all my offers on a notepad to keep track. That is why I asked to retract the last bid as I had spent that bidding money, even the last guy got thrown off by the post making him bid $46. As iv'e stated, I will hold up my end of the agreement and make arrangements. Also I would appreciate that once I've finished the transaction, if Andy could please update the thread to let everyone know everything has been resolved.
