Everytime I open namepros in chrome I need to login, even if I check the "stay logged in" option. Noticed this from today only. Anyone facing same issue or its me only?

Login rates are returning to normal levels and we're no longer able to reproduce the issue. If you're still being logged out repeatedly, please let us know.

On Feb 28, Amazon Web Services, a popular service provider, experienced significant outages, resulting in several features on NamePros and other websites partially breaking. These issues were unrelated and were resolved by Amazon.

Based on current log data, the issue seems to be mostly resolved. I'm still seeing more invalid sessions than usual, but that's probably a result of the intentional session reset that started all this.

I am still logged in for over 60 minutes since last time I closed my window. I'll increase the time again, maybe try in 2 hours....

I am getting logged out several times a day, wether I'm on my PC or iPhone.
Is it the new normal behavior? I hope not.

still happening for me too. but the GOOD thing about having to enter my info so often is that it forced me to remember my password again.... which reminds me, it's about time to change my dang password..... sigh.

This is still not working correctly but we're working on it.

Temporary solution: Keep NamePros open in a tab. You shouldn't get logged out of that browser if you do this.

We'll update the first post of this thread with status updates.

logging out still continues on all devices....

We know it's still happening. ;) Paul made an accurate way to detect it this morning so it should be resolved sometime today.

Based on newer charts we've generated, it looks like we probably solved the issue around 4:30 PM EST on Feb 28. If you haven't visited the site since then, your session won't have been fixed, and you'll be logged out. However, anyone using the site since then should remain logged in. Is anyone still experiencing the issue?

I've now been logged in on multiple devices for hours without being logged out.

I really thought it's only me. I was just change my password and then see this thread.... LOL BTW it's about time to change it anyway.

It's ok for me now. Went all night without Namepros open in any tabs, came here this morn and was still logged in. (y)

Got logged out just now
On Chrome
Windows 10

However, on my device with Android, working just fine.
