Hello, I think it would be pretty useful to keep track of all LLLL.com sales , even the little ones under $100 so that , pretty soon , when the available LLLL.com will be finished , we`ll have a better idea on market prices.

It is important that these sales are confirmed. So before to post, make sure payment went OK.

I will start with todays` Sedo confirmed sales:

FISE.com 2,700 Euros
TSRT.com US $760
VEUP.com US $1,700

Also, I found interesting to see this average LLLL, getting bids up to $51 and reserve not me. It says it all.

How is it possible that all Schilling auctions ended at 505?

Could be that someone figured he had auto bid above 500 and just boss up there intentionally?

Great Sales. The data clearly shows that prices are infact increasing. But some people, who dont like chips, trying to prove the otherwise. The data and facts say it all.

How do you extrapolate from non-chip sales to chip sales?

In fact, those who "don't like chips" actually like them (well, many of them) without seeing how they are 5-10 times more valuable than non-chips. Why something like tcxj was selling for 10 times of something like tcxa just 2-3 months ago, was beyond rational and even current difference of 5-7 times is meaningless.

Even if people would buy into theory that Chinese do value those high, given that China is 20% of world population and less than 10% of world economy, no reason for it to have that disproportionate impact on value. Going forward, regardless which moves up and which moves down, the difference will shrink to 0%-100% range, not 400%-600% we are seeing now.

Both CHIPS and non-Chips prices are increasing as per the demand and requirements for end user. I am talking here about general LLLL.com sales price threads which is moving towards north.

Well, from what we have seen in last few months, Chips have gone down by 30%, non-chip floors have gone up by 10-20%. So, no, they aren't moving in the same direction for now.

It's natural. Prices are not going to up all the time. Up's and down's are gonna happen. It's like a stock market. If prices are always going to up all the time, then anyone will buy any domain at the current market price, knowing that prices are going to up always. But this is not the case. Prices go up and down as per the market demand and supply.

This is the BEST time to invest in LLLL.com CHIPS as prices are going to move upwards from this point. Those who invest now will ripe the benefits in the coming months. Take my words.

Prices should go a bit more down before it goes up, i agree with you and am planning to invest soon in 4l again, but in my view it will go down a bit more.

Frank bid against BuyDomains. Both have strict rules on how much to spend on each domain.

Doesn't look like there is much chance for us mortals if Buydomains will bid up to $500 for anything.

o mighty acronym all knowing eye! may I seek your guidance for 2 seconds:
someone wishes pay me $800 for my ygpi(.com)
do you see potential with it beyond what I am able to see... or is the price a fair one? I do not want to undersell a potentially mighty domain just because I fail to see all of its might and glory. what say you?

thanks for any tip! cheers.

Ygpi.com is a double-triple (triple western, triple Chinese), so it is better than most LLLLs...

Y in the beginning is not bad either, as it can be "your", "young", "youth" etc.

YG together can be Youth Group, Young Generation. GPI is a good acronym too.

Some overall options:

Your Graphics Programming Interface
Your Global Price Index
Young Generation Peace Initiative

Etc...

But overall, for $800 you can probably restock with 2 similar quality LLLLs and have $100 left to spend for something else.

The only problem is that if this is your end user sale and you are holding portfolio for that purpose, this is not a good investment model selling at $800, if you are still going to have 1-4% sales a year from the portfolio. You have to be able to make end user sales in $1200-10,000$ region for that portfolio to become meaningful.

thanks for your input on my ygpi domain @Recons.Com @harpo .. the buyer just upped it to 1k today after I asked your opinions. so I'm thinking there is more to life than meets the eye. as result, I will hang on to this one for some more!

random 4l.com are going min floor 1k anyway in couple years... so whats the rush right.

cheers!

If they really want ygpi.com / you may be able to ask abit more like $1,400 and then the name goes to someone who will dev and or its important to them , in that way you free up space in your collection creating flow / currency movement / excitement in transactions / within your sphere to potentialize more wealth .

Yeah, I agree, if you can get $1200-1400, sell and restock with 3 names...

thanks! it's maxed out at 1k.
he said he had to sell his wife to get there.
not that I believe him.
but it's a meaningful metaphor nonetheless.

but I'll think about it! 1k is good for restocking indeed.

this example just goes to show that once you find enduser, sky is the limit for 4l.com
just cause there are so many possible word or meaning combos. it creates a NEARLY unlimited clientelle lol.

I sold LLLL.com for $1.5K, although the buyer was not willing to go above $1.2K. In a week he said he'd buy at $1.5K.
Give him $1.2K price and tell him price is valid for a week.
