Hi Folks!

Did anyone scan the 6N .com's to check on the available one's as of today?

If yes, can you provide a link to the available?

These are numbers from some email addresses of Chinese 6N.com holders:

5053474
4401103
527013356
1161520161

So I can figure from this that they don't hate "0" and "4". I am proud to own many "54" and "84" 6N.coms ;)

This email address for example: [email protected]

If 5053474 was a domain, someone would tell it means "certainly dead in 3 lives", but it is obvious that is not true as this person use this number as his email address and I bet he don't want to die :)

There was only 2310 left about 45 minutes ago.... Scanning again now and it looks like they are just about all gone.

That's what I figured. My scan is 90% done, and it found one domain so far. When I looked that domain up it showed it was gone.

Few days ago someone on Namepros wrote "I was privileged to watch buyout of LLLL.nets in real time." Now I can say that for 6N.coms too! :)

SOOOOOO many buyouts lately. Is this a new opportunity for all who are active at this moment? Is this a new era of domaining or just something what will be called "short domains bubble" and about what will kids learn in their schools few years later? Who knows, but it is interesting :)

Someone pointed it out in another thread, but the run up in this 6N buyout coincides with a run up in bitcoin...

https://www.coinbase.com/charts

From $243 on Oct 7th to a current price of $382 -- a 50%+ move up in 30 days.

I don't know how exactly it relates, but I'm sure it does. ;)

Exactly what I've been thinking. Q4 for $VRSN should have some high earnings to report, but the aftermarket will dwarf any gains.

Woww, so next will be 6n.net? :'(

Woww, so next will be 6n.net? :'(

Then .co, then .mobi, then .info, then .wtf. Where does it end! :ahhh:

Interesting times ahead and we'll know come May/June 2016 if this is a bubble or a long term trend. I just can't see end user demand sustaining these massive renewal fees. That leaves domainers and mostly those late to the market, I don't believe there's enough liquidity for the market to remain self sustainable among domainers, particularly if the floor price steadily rises, something has to give. It feels to me as though we've jumped 20 years ahead of end user demand. I may be wrong but that's my hunch.

You should be looking for 6N with 4's in lucky combinations, such as 348 and 748, which means "wealthy for three lifetimes" and "wealthy for seven lifetimes," instead of chasing after meaningless random numbers.

I'm sure there are a few of these kicking around, but I can tell you with certainty that 248, 348, 648, 748, 848, and 948 in conjunction with 768 ("fortune all the way") have all been regged in their permutations (N48768 and 768N48).

I have some, but someone faster on the trigger snagged 348768 (Chinese registrant), 768348 (Chinese registrant), 948768 (U.S. registrant), 848768 (Chinese registrant, no surprise), and 768848 (Chinese registrant, no surprise).

As far as I can tell 048 and 148 are not meaningful (I may be wrong), and 448 and 548 are considered unlucky.

Note: 048, 148, 448, and 548 currently available (in .com): 148768, 768148, 768048, 768448, and 548768

(This pesky 448768 is not available and registered by a Chinese registrant -- I suspect that 448 "wealthy on death" is somewhat mitigated by the ending of 768 "fortune all the way," but I don't really know. On the other hand, it's a recent reg of 10/6/2015, but before my regs).

My personal favorites are 648768 and 768648 because of the repetition of 6 and 8, two VERY lucky numbers.

I'm no expert on Chinese numerology, but I can read; there is a lot of information out there, and one might do well to look beyond the lists with just individual numbers.

Combinations seem to an important piece of the puzzle.

I've 311384.com, so as per your study of numbers (wealthy for three lifetimes), it should have good value ... Isn't it @Ms Domainer?

I have 591848 (live at auction here at present). Until about a week ago, "485918" was available. Wish I'd have gotten it, as it means basically the same thing ("5918" is I will soon prosper, "48" is determined to prosper).

"Shoulda, woulda, coulda" were the domainer's final words.

It's a good domain, I think. The market will decide, though.

Good luck!
