My Own Landing Page Makes Me PROUD!
Tired of tweaking third party domain landers for relevance? A domain investor created his own landing pages and is eager to capitalize on all the related traffic they generate. Of course, in that case, Afternic will keep 25% of earnings, should a sale occur there.

Thanks for the summary of topics, @Acroplex.

I think the question on whether domain names will become less, or potentially more, important in future is a really important one. Good discussion in the thread, from multiple viewpoints. Thanks to @FMy for starting the discussion with much to think about in the lead post.

Very automatic. I've been involved with AIML generated content for a while for animation and images to stories, lyrics and AI music from text in youtube animations. Now I've got GPT in VS Code and intermixed in various python notebooks to generate sites including the html, css and javascript for the frontends. It's still a bucket of tools falling around but already, it's amazing and today, GPT-4 and I explored some ideas and launched some websites. It's not all hands off and roses. Always check facts, don't run code unless you know what it's doing and generally act like a director and you can get a lot done. I've made a few landers and simple sites today like aimlpi.com for Pi day. GPT's are impressive tools and I urge everyone to start learning about learning with AI. Learn about prompting and FARTIP (fartip.com) You will not be able to avoid it in the very near future.
