You are making a site selling forum skins... but you need someone else to make you an actual website design/layout..............

You are probably going to have to offer up some cold hard cash to get someone to make a nice, professional, easy to work with template for you. Most people who can do this already have hosting and do not need more hosting as a prize. They want money. Also, people will be less inclined to make a free template for you since you are going to profit in the future from the site. I dont mean to flame your post, I am just trying to give some advice and some explanation of why people arent entering this.
