Godaddy does not allow for stack-able coupons.

Here is what you do, use your POTOGOLD coupon and after you have purchased your domain, go back and buy privacy and use this code GDBBREN8 and you cost will be $3.99 for privacy.

I have a question, is there any way we could get a deal like the one where we add a .info for 49¢ and then delete, say the .org (more expensive .ext). I only took advantage of that a few times when I should have regged a few hundred while it was still possible.

I just tested renewing a .org using GDBB776 and it brought the price down to $7.50

Try renewing them separately if you aren't doing that already.

I'm not sure what to use for the .in

Don't know if they work for .in , but try these (and order seperately)
