We will be experiencing some downtime later when we go down onsite to see if we can install a hardware firewall.

We have been experiencing DDoSes due to an abusive client we have removed, but we intend to take further preventive measures to stop smaller scale DoSes which do not fully utilize our 100mbps pipe.

I tried to file a support request at http://wipemy.info/support/index.php but my account seems to have been deleted and your website does not allow new account sign up. There is no link to a registration page for new support accounts and trying to use my cpanel login details instead doesn't work either.

So I emailed you at [email protected] but I have yet to receive a response.

Therefore I am posting my problem here:

I purchased proxy hosting for kwiq.net but I see that the nameservers you supplied are not providing the correct response. Your nameservers, which is where I have pointed kwiq.net per your instructions, claim to know nothing about the domain.

Nameservers ns1.wipemy.info and ns2.wipemy.info are not answering nslookups for kwiq.net. I tried it at http://www.zoneedit.com/lookup.html and http://www.ip-plus.net/tools/dns_check_set.en.html and http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=kwiq.net

Issue should be resolved.

It appears that DirectAdmin has problems restarting the DNS server when changes are added.

My proxy has become popular now and I need to increase my bandwidth quota. Please let me know how much it will cost to increase my bandwidth quota from the current 10GB per month to 50 GB per month effective immediately?

What is going on? My proxy can't access any site since 15 hours ago. Neither can wipemy.info or getpastweb.com . There is something wrong with your servers.

I sent a mass email since more than 12 hrs ago.

We will be conducting an upgrade of server OS soon, and we expect everyone to do a backup.
Optionally we can restore a full system backup performed yesterday (we do nightly backups), but we cannot restore every site automatically since the server OS will be upgraded.

UPDATE 2PM GMT +0 : The DC will reload it within the hour.
UPDATE 3:30PM GMT +0 : The OS has been reloaded, we are now setting everything up.
UPDATE 4:15PM GMT +0 : Software have been loaded and secured. Waiting for PHP to install...

Thanks for the updates :) will an email go out when its completed with any new info we need to know? also will we just need to advise you if we want you to restore our account etc from backup?! I've been away on business and missed the notifications so would appreciate the system backup service.
