That is an old quote - we have revamped our offers.

You get NPs by buying them via PayPal from bank/other users.
Old users can post to get NPs, but is a plan they dropped.

So, if I buy now a hosting, I must pay again 1.4? Why? for eg. "Cost : 50NP/month". If I must pay again in first, it isn't then a month.

You have to pay again on 1.4, a pro-rated value for the next month.

EG. Plan registered today, you will be pay (30-22)/30 * 50 for the next month.
Which equals to 13NP for next month only. Then subsequent months will be original price.
