That's a pretty Interesting domain there, the first thing that came to my mind was the Car Care brand Zymol www.zymol.com is known to be one of the best ones out there so you might get a lot of typo clicks!

I'm not a Appraiser but I thought I might chip in that info! :D

If it has traffic then it will have value due to that but most 5L .coms still dont have value and need to be kept for a few years first.

not much resell value, but an enduser might digg it!
some brandable nonsense 5L words sell for mid $xxx to an enduser just because it sounds cool...

I actually like zynol ,nice 5L ,could be the name of a drug,allthough for some reason lots of drugs begin with X but sound the same .I like it though,I think alot of the 5L's are under valued just because you can freely reg some nice ones still but I'l value it at cmv @ atleast low $xx ,I would suggest holding it for awhile,GL
