domain Zunation.com + Others

These are all undeveloped and parked with Sedo right now. Some of these have plans for development, but I'd like to see what they're worth before-hand. They all naturally generate between 15-25 views/3-5 clicks per month:

• zunation.com (that is not a misspelling, it was intentionally brand-able and not necessarily to be Zune-oriented)
• ps3rush.com
• argofarm.com (a hasty registration, but somehow generates relatively significant natural traffic)
• wiihaven.com
• vistahaven.com

My favorite, by-far, is agrofarm.com

The others are somewhat surprising in that your other post in the .mobi thread shows that you are well-versed in UDRP, and while WII/PS3/Zune might not be as aggressive on that front, well...

That being said, agrofarm has great brandability, and sounds "organic" - which seems to be a big winner these days. Save that one for an end-user.

The others, your end-user potential is somewhat limited, as the co.'s themselves wouldn't pay more than $1k max (Cheaper on cost/benefit to UDRP) and teenagers making forums have almost unlimited name choices; there is nothing intuitively special about "rush" or "haven", :imho:

Haha, I can certainly agree with that, but I actually acquired them in a bundle along with a few others for (what seem at this point to be) a very low price, and I figured that if they were to become accessory-oriented (perhaps Amazon aStore-ish) sites, that there could be some added value to them. That said, the entire reason for my post was actually because of the ambiguity behind their standalone value as domains, so I truly appreciate the feedback.

Would you (or anyone else) classify the other domains at around regfee then?

No - by no means reg-fee on those, but I think that unloading them for $20-$50 each (zunation perhaps $120-$150) would be reasonable if you're willing to take the IP risk.
