Have owned for many years. Seems like now would be a good time to sell. Have all 4 .com .net .org and .info. Thoughts on value?

It is a great set of domain names, however the similarity to ZipRealty (a big company brand) scares me away, and will probably drive away potential buyers looking to establish their own brand in the real estate market. I wouldn't be surprised if it makes a decent amount through parking revenue though, in which case you could probably value it at about 20X yearly earnings.
