personally I'd say low$xx but of course end user would pay alot more.

i would say low XX, just because the double 'i' is going to be pronounced as 'ee'. when going for brandable it is better to make the name use the same letters that it is pronounced with, for example: Zipee would be better in this case.

I've now finished developing it into my Portfolio, but I'll soon be moving that and making this into another project, of which I will then sell.

if you are developing the price can go higher than high xx if a site is completely developed

but undeveloped low xx

It's brandable, but the spelling might not be that easy to remember. Low $xx until developed.

However, 3 "i" in the name hurts the value a little, IMHO
Another way to look at the name -> zipII or ZIPii (zip2)
Low $xx undeveloped
