Sure You can transfer the domain but after the chargeback(it will happen as soon as the real owner of the card realised that his card details were stolen and unautorised payment has been made) the domain will be taken form the account and returned to the previous owner and the buyer will have no chance to get his money back(as it was paid by western union or webmoney).

I don't know if the domain was stolen. I never said that. Just gave my warning. Plus I find it somehow strange that the domain has changed its whois details 4 times during this year only.
btw you did not explain the SEDO sale mentioned above.
