ZA is the international country code for South Africa so a site relating in some way to that country would be one appropriate use of the name.

Low $xx. As far as dev goes, when I think of the letter Z I tend to associate with gaming websites as was mentioned before: something like the Legend of Zelda would be nice and those sites gain a lot of traffic
