6.1.6. Each domain name in a sales listing must include its expiration date if it is expiring within 3 months, its registrar, its renewal price if the cost exceeds $15 at its current registrar, and payment options.
- The expiration date of a domain expiring within 3 months may be omitted if the seller agrees to cover its 1 year renewal cost for the buyer. Buyers must request this option within 7 days after an agreement is made.
- The renewal price of a domain that is less than or equal to $15 at its current registrar may be omitted. Tip: You may also want to specify the price to transfer/renew the domain name at a different registrar, especially if it's less expensive than renewing at its current registrar.
6.2.5. Each domain and website auction must have the required information: domain, registrar, expiration date if rule 6.1.6 applies, starting bid (default: $1), bid increments (default: $1), specific end time (default: 72 hours after last bid), and payment options.
