Name on its own is worth at least low $825 according to 3character.com, more i think because name is somewhat pronounciable, with monthly $50 revenue i think you can get about $2k - $3k.

I see you're selling it for $1500, if i had the money and proof of revenue for last two months, i would have bought it immediately at that price.

Agree with above. With the traffic up to 5000 per day, and revenue avg 50 per month just from AdSense (looking at the ad's im guessing you have a low ppc rate), so ads could be better optimized. You should raise the price to at least mid 2K range.

Thanks guys! I too believe this is at least a "semi-pronouncible" name. I often tell people to visit YUZ.net and they dont even have to ask how to spell it.

By the way, I haven't updated the prices in that thread in like 6 months.

If you're making $50/mo then selling out for 2k is just plain dumb. if it were me, assuming there are no tm issues, i wouldnt let it go for less than 5k. if you have to sell quick then hold out for 2,500 at least.

Obviously this domain has 2 selling points.

1. LLL.nets have wholesale prices of approximately $800 (this one is better due to its pronounceability)
2. Revenue History with proof of revenue growth

Put the 2 together? Youve got a nice 1-2 punch that should bring in about $2,300 $2,700 (in my opinion). You might find someone to pay you bigger multiples, but I think anyone who pays 10 years rev would be foolish.
