Look at the bold statement, do you think that is possibly an invite?

Seems like they will accept me when they open to the public, it could also be misleading.

I received the same email when I applied. That means that you're not accepted yet, but once they open to the public (when everyone/anyone can join) they'll review your application again and you may be able to join. So it's nothing special, sorry.
