Hmm you pose quite the conundrum. Take appleford.com , who should own it, Apple or Ford? Oh wait, there is also a trademark on "appleford", maybe they should get it? What about the many towns of Appleford? Or the thousands of people with the surname Appleford?

I'll say it a little differently - it was a very creative reg. I could actually see Apple coming out with iphones that have themes, like a special "youtube iphone" with buttons programmed to connect to different areas of youtube or something. That's what you were probably after, and it could have been brilliant. But the TM issues really hurt.

I don't think you should sell it with ebay because of this trademark issue as all of them said. In my opinion I suggest you to delete the name to avoid TM issues and get out of it.

Do not invite problems I am not trying to threaten you it is just a piece of suggestion for your welfare. Take care before you leap. Do not think it as a loss. Take it as an experience and lose this small money concentrate and earn more money and compensate the loss with the other domains.
