YourHomeDirect.com is good for housing business?

Hi,
I have owned the domain YourHomeDirect.com for more than one year (I got it from LuckyRegister Backorder service). This name .net, .co.uk ... hase been use for housing business. I wonder if it is good idea to develop this one to be A housing site? or sell it? It can bring 30-50 visitors each day.
