I find generic keywords like this can be used in many areas in a certain niche so they are easier to sell

According to the most recent Dofo monthly domain analysis, in terms of registration the most common keywords in May 2020 were in order shop, online, home, life, group, news, store, tech, now, and pro. Other than perhaps the last two, I agree those are good keywords.

I personally think that solutions, health, my, happy, services, media, science and learn are good as well.

Of course colours are quite popular in combinations, and certain animals.

I went ahead and collected the terms so far into a list and removed the duplicates.

I did some slight edits like I added alternate spellings for colours/colors.

Of course this isn't an actual poll or very scientific, but I went ahead and listed the "top" duplicated terms which may suggest the "best" picks. I hope this is useful.

depends on placement some keywords are good but mostly as suffix like solutions , club , world , zone , hub , chat

some are good as prefix & suffix both like life , health , green , tech , media , home .

Go keyword sounds good mostly as prefix

some are techinical like car as prefix but for suffix cars sounds good

different scenerios apply

Process of finding keywords:

I look out for current and future trends, LinkedIn company names, Namebio sales data, Recent news articles in Google news. Etc

For my client's eCommerce sites I always choose to register domains which contain following keywords:

• buy
• get
• my{product-name}
• shop or store

For technology/computer related sites I choose: tech, online, design, digital.

I just ran another list using my app with all the latest terms included and here is the new top 40 list. There are 489 unique terms posted so far - WOW!

BTW, I'm always fixing and adding new features and at this point running a new list has become pretty easy so keep the terms coming

Also, as far as I know this is an accurate count of all the terms posted so far but like in anything I'm not perfect so there could be errors. If you notice an error let me know and I'll fix it asap.

domains with the keyword "properties" i can sell for someone else "VR" might be easier to sell it is a matter of preference he didn't ask for the most valuable keyword out there
