Yeah... I would say probably reg fee. But that doesn't mean the domain is not worth anything. It's a nice name, brandable, and the real value would come in development. I know it's cliche to say "value lies in development", but hey... that's generally the case with 95% of the names out there. I actually jumped on the DN____.com train this week too. Registered DNLane.com I dunno, thought it sounded catchy.
Some good sites out there like DNJOURNAL and DNF so I think Fragger is right about developing. Could turn into something good. Maybe information about what makes a good domain or a bad one and the logic behind the reasons. Good Luck.
