I don't think they're very good.
Your-own.net is better. As for register-your.net, the words don't seem to cooperate well.
your-own.net may be lowXX, and register-your.net reg fee.
Just my opinion.

they sound incomplete.

Coupled with the hyphen and .net extension, I don't see any value.
