Your opinions on TheKeyword(s).com domains?

What's your opinion on The + Keywords.com domains?

e.g. TheFreeOnlineGames.com

Would you appraise the value on names like this?

The + keywords (3 words) and these keywords come with mid xx,xxx search volume daily.

Or if the keywords come with lower daily search volume (maybe in mid x,xxx), what't the value then?

Could you list some established sites with such domains?

I'm not a fan of adding "the" or something similar in front of keywords if you are looking for resale value, but I can see potential in situations where you plan to develop the domain.
