IQ is only one way of measuring intelligence, and can be suprising who has what IQ. For example, Bill Gates and Albert Einstein have the same IQ. Madonna and Hilary Clinton also share the same IQ. Bill Clinton's IQ is reportedly (Not guaranteed) about 20 points than that of Albert Einstein. You are not necessarily "born" with a fixed IQ. It is estimated that only about 50% of your intelligence is genetic, the other 50% is from your environment, education, expericence, etc. So with will power, odds are that you can increase your IQ by a very large number, and not just by taking the IQ test over until you know all of the answers. lol And yes, IQ isn't everything, some of the msot powerful people in the world apparently have low iqs. :hehe:

this is a TOTALLY Bogus article. Obvious political propaganda. You can't determine a person's IQ by "speach transcripts". I studied IQ test methodology as an elective while I was a student at a top-tier university. The test is designed for the lower end of the spectrum and becomes statistically less significant as the score gets higher. For those with low a IQ - this means that the difference between a 70 IQ and a 75 IQ is far more significant than that of a 140 IQ and a 145.

Plain spoken, even broken english (chinese or whatever your native tongue) has nothing - I repeat nothing to do with a person's IQ. In fact I believe that a news report that released during the Bush/Kerry election 2004 - had bush as having a higher intellectual capacity than Kerry --- see http://www.vdare.com/sailer/kerry_iq_lower.htm

I don't particularly like many of Bush's policies - but he is not an idiot. You don't score a 1304 SAT (adjusted for recent SAT modifications) and graduate from Yale and with a Harvard MBA - learn to fly Jets, and then become the freakin' President by being an idiot.

Now, if the democrats would stop this ridiculous line of drivel they may appeal to disenchanted republicans like myself.
