I ran your domain in estibot. .net and .org including lots of other extensions are available. It is showing 0 value.

But, if you are willing then place it on hostgator or other hosting company or noomle. Write 4-5 unique articles and place adsense and you will recover your cost and nice ROI.

Few domains I had here appraised for next to nothing have generated tremendous ROI just by developing.

To give you example two dot infos were acquired for 99 cents each. They were appraised for 0 here. They are with noomle and simple websites. detroitmi dot info and stamfordct dot info.

These domains have recovered their cost and renewal costs and on top of that handsome profit.

When I get 0 appraisal I develop them.

It is very easy to develop them with wordpress or noomle. You can choose any platform you want. odesk or iwriter can get you article writer for decent affordable price.

I hope that helps. Your domain has very good potential if developed. It can be about a future home discussion which could have nice modern interior ideas or energy efficient homes. Once you develop and you get decent traffic its cost would be many folds.

The name is too long and not catchy.
homeofthefuture would be better, futurehome would be even better. So it's clearly one regfee domain because everything else was taken.

You should register something shorter (19 letters is a little long)when possible while staying on par with the subject of future homes if you want to sell it rather quick. For example, ourfuturehomes.com is only 14 letters long and is available for registering right now as I type. Always work to trim the fat when possible. Sometimes, it's not possible and yet the price of the domain is not effected...but in most cases it is severely effected when it is very long. I got long names that I am trying to sale dirt cheap and others that will not be renewed. Developing your domain is a great idea because there is a tremendous amount of interest on the net pertaining to this subject.:blink:
